Roblox bans your account whenever you violate its rules and regulations. There are multiple things you need to be aware of while using Roblox, so it is necessary that you read the Terms and Conditions. Avoiding these terms and acting against the rule can get you banned on Roblox.
But sometimes, you may get a ban unfairly. In that case, you can appeal to the Roblox team and get your account back. You need to specify the reasons and state the case for Roblox team to look into your issue.
If the severity of your offense is not that threatening, then you are banned for specific time frames, and then Roblox unbans your account without any action. Another way you can unban your account is,
Moderation Appeal
Roblox offers a platform in which you can appeal to get back your account. You can state the case to the Roblox Appeal team. After that, the Roblox team looks into the appeal and does its part.
But remember that appealing will not ensure that the Roblox team unbans your account. Here is the process to appeal.
- Open the Roblox Support website.
- Enter all the credentials required.
- Select the device you are facing the ban on.
- Select the help category to specify the problem.
- Write detailed information on the situation of the ban.
- Click on Submit.
Types of Ban on Roblox
The severity of the offense determines the level of the ban. There are various levels of the ban that restricts players for days or even for their lifetime.
- In-Experience Ban : When the user experiences this ban, the user is booted from the experience.
- Voice Chat Ban : The voice chat option is disabled until it’s un-banned.
- Warning : It is not actually a ban. When you agree to the terms and conditions of Roblox, you can get into it easily.
- 1-Day Ban : The account gets banned for 24 hours after the offense is done. After 24 hours, you can get into Roblox.
- 3-Day Ban : The account gets banned for 72 hours after the offense is done. After 24 hours, you can get into Roblox.
- 1-Week Ban : You cannot access the account for seven days after the offense.
- Account Deletion : If the severity of the offense is too much, then your account is banned for life. You cannot access the account after account deletion.
- Poison Ban (1 Year/permanent) : When you experience a Poison ban, your account is completely banned for life, and you cannot even create a new account.
- MAC Address Ban (Error 0x1) : The device in which you used Roblox is completely banned. Roblox uses the motherboard serial number and CPU serial number to ban your device.
- IP Ban (7 Days) : It restricts the IP address from connecting to the Roblox client for a week.
- Invalid Credentials Ban : When you face this ban, your IP address is completely banned by Roblox, which restricts you from accessing Roblox permanently.
