10 Best Free Valorant Sheriff Skins

Nikhil PradhanBy Nikhil PradhanDecember 26, 2023

Almost all skins in Valorant require you to spend real-life currency. But, there are only a handful of skins that you can obtain by grinding as a free-to-play player.

They aren’t as extravagant as the other skin, but they do give you an alternative to the default weapon skin.

Today, we’ll be looking at all the free skins that you can get for Sheriff Handcanon.

Mythmaker

Mythmaker is the latest addition to the free Sheriff Skins collections in the game. It was introduced alongside the ISO agent update as a part of the agent gear.

To unlock this skin, you’ll have to progress to tier 10 in Agent’s Gear (formerly known as Agent Contract) and spend 8000 Kingdom Credits.

Look-wise, It has orange highlighting colors and a signature purple glowing energy following the ISO’s aesthetics.

Being one of the latest skins, you can see that Riot Games has upped their game with the designs on this one, making it one of the best-looking free skins.

Deathwish

The second most aesthetically pleasing and the most popular free sheriff skin is perhaps the Deathwish Sheriff.

It comes as a part of the Yoru’s Gear collection, and you can unlock it once you’ve reached tier 10.

The skin features a vibrant purple color palette with a unique grip design that resembles Yoru’s aesthetics.

If you want a cool-looking skin for Sheriff but dont want to pay money, then this can be your excellent option.

Gameover

gameover

Gameover is Jett’s signature sheriff skin, and it shares the same design element and color palette as Jett. You can get this skin after reaching tier 10 in Jett’s Gear.

It has a nice blue color palette that is pleasing to the eye and several swirl engravings depicting the winds.

Protektor

You can get the Protektor skin for the Sheriff after reaching tier 10 in Sova’s Gear. The skin has a blue and silver color palette along with an eagle-designed engravings.

If you enjoy playing the game as Sova and love his overall design, then this skin would be a great pick for you.

Peacekeeper

On the opposite end of cool-looking Sheriff skins, we have Peacekeeper. This is one of the most basic-looking skins for Sheriff, with a very dull color palette.

You can unlock it through Brimstone’s tier 10 gear collection for 8000 Kindom Credits.

Being one of the older skins, the design on this one feels very outdated and lackluster.

Unless you are collecting all Sheriff skins, I advise saving your kingdom credits and spending them on something else.

Wayfarer

Continuing the trend of boring-looking skins, we have Wayfarer.

This is Harbour’s signature Sheriff skin, and it features a basic floral design with a green color palette that is nothing to brag about. Some people like the design, while others hate it.

Other Free Skins

Aside from the Agent’s Gear, you should also be on the lookout for free Sheriff skin in the battle pass. Every season or “Act” offers a new battle pass with a free and paid route where you can collect skins for all the weapons in the game.

As of the time of writing, we’re on Episode 7: Act 3, and currently, you can get the Sandswept Sheriff for free.

But you do have to reach Tier 50 in order to claim the skin reward.

Note: After the end of the season or “Act,” both the free and paid skins will be moved to the store. After then, you can only buy them when it comes to rotation.
